  • es Revista RIVAR publica artículos, documentos y reseñas de libros sobre vitivinicultura, agricultura, agroindustria, gastronomía, culturas alimentarias y paisajes rurales, con el fin de promover y compartir procedimientos que abrazan intercambios no solo de bienes sino además de saberes. A partir de la producción de vinos y alimentos surgen temáticas que abarcan redes comerciales, negocios y flujos internacionales, junto a representaciones artísticas y culturales del mundo de la vid, la alimentación y el intercambio de conocimientos
