The presence of rock art in the channels of Tierra del Fuego is reported for the first time. The place is located in the area of the Ponsonby Sound, within the Hoste Island, in the central portion of the Yahgan canoeist people territory. Martin Gonzalez Calderon, of yahgan origins, reveals this finding he knew by cultural heritage. The need of safekeeping arises by the indigenous community to which it belongs.
