Among the extended recreation of various forms in culinary activities there is a space for architecture, in most cases it is a simple formal pretext used without much interest in it that simple replication; we quote some exceptions that have certain implications with the architectural project. Few cases of hybrid objects, built with ingredients like materials. In interpreting these crossings with gastronomy we can't consider them within the architecture, but if they detect some confluences and divergences with it, to include operations related to architectural design in its gestation. These creations are located in a gastro-architectural interzone, where architecture and food play to shape these architectural/grocery.
