The article analyses the control of conventionality in the inter-american human rights protection system, wich as a concentrate dimension that exerts the Inter-American Court of Human Rights an a descentralized version that must run jurisdictions domestic of the State parties, also analyzing the differences between the control of constitutionality and control of conventionality to be carried out by the national courts.
