This reflection proposes a knowledge management model based on cellular function of evolved organisms, identifying those key elements of its operation and passing them to his counterpart of knowledge management into the micro-relations of working teams. The result is a structure that, based on the theoretical contributions of knowledge management, compiles the key elements, according to cell function allowing nutrition activities, relationships and reproduction of knowledge within working teams.
