Within the context of the twentieth anniversary of The Oxford Institute of European and Comparative Law, on 25th of June last, Keble College, Oxford, took place the International Conference on 'The Future of Contract Law in Latin America'. Professor Stefan Vogenauer and Dr. Rodrigo Momberg were in charge of organizing the event. It focused on the introducing and the discussion of the draft of the Principles of Latin America Contract Law (PLCL). This report does not intended to detail each of the presentations and speeches of the Conference, but only tries to account for the various points that were addressed and the essential aspects of the issues discussed there.
