In order to provide a strategic overview of the economic sectors of Ecuador, it is proposed in this paper the development of different matrices of Boston Consulting Group by economic sector in relation to PIB and income for each sector, taking into account the information published in the Central Bank of Ecuador in its monthly statistical bulletin, and the EKOS Magazine, concluding with a small reflective analysis of the strategies to consider in different sectors of the Ecuadorian economy as a contribution to the business market both public and private.
