It was concluded that the design and implementation of the Project, founded on the ideas of civic art, that highlights the essential connection assembly between groups of buildings and the surrounding landscape, but also the joint of design to the management of the city, attended not only to the modern redefinition of the Plaza de Armas as the main public space of the city, but also to the early consolidation of the particular image of modernity of the center of Osorno.
