Abstract
In this text, the idea of a strong influence of winemaking in the historical development of heritage and cultural identity it's important, because it's not only strictly in good agricultural and countryside around the characteristics of the rural world is sustained, but would have transcended into other areas that make up the social system. In this context, there exist a link to other wine activities such as gastronomy, hospitality and enotourism, since we see how the evolution of the Chilean wine industry has diversified its meaning and symbolic elements incorporated to the new culture wine.
