The literature about school improvement, has highlighted the critical role played by the principal to organizing pedagogical practices in the schools centres that increasing student learning results. This article review the concept of "Educational Leadership" as an essential factor in improving the results of Educational settlements. Up to now, the principals has had a little influence in the improvement of teaching practices inside schools. But since 2004, the autonomy of principals increase thanks to the law 20.501, normative that give tips to the investigation and develop policies that enhance the pedagogical Leadership. Now, this article show the Leadership for learning and how the Center of training, Experimentation and Pedagogical Research, CPEIP has participated as a Public Agency to promote and strengthen leadership trainings in principals leaderships through different actions that looking for develop leadership skills on people who play the role of leader inside the schools of the country as well those who have potential to be one of them.
