This article aims to analyse and highlight the tensions surrounding the demands and dynamics of legal and socio-labour recognition of teleworkers during and after their lockdown in Santiago, Chile. The results presented form part of doctoral research conducted between 2021 and 2024, which employed a qualitative design that included semi-structured interviews and focused observation. The findings reveal demands concerning both rights and socio-labour relations, embedded in dynamics that illustrate the invisibility and mistrust faced by female teleworkers.
