Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. Primary To assess the comparative benefits and harms of immunomodulators and immunosuppressants for people with generalised myasthenia gravis through a network meta-analysis. Secondary To estimate the relative ranking of immunomodulators and immunosuppressants according to their effects.
