Purpose. This study examines the management processes of hospital classrooms operated by an educationalcorporationinChile,whichoverseesnineinstitutions.Theseclassroomsprovideeducational services to children and young people who are ill, hospitalized, or undergoing medical treatment at home. Methodology. The qualitative research uses phenomenological design, collecting testimonies from five p rofessionals w ith e xperience i n h ospital c lassrooms. Discussion. T he a nalysis f ocuses o n the operation of hospital classrooms, where completing the required curriculum is a key goal. Key components of effective m anagement i nclude c onsistent t eaching p ractices, a c lear o rganizational structure, and well-defined s t aff ro le s. Conclusions. Ho sp ital cl as srooms ar e ch ar acterized by flexibility a nd t he i mplementation o f d iverse l earning m ethodologies. T heir o rganization i s g uided by constructivist principles, supported by clear leadership and structured guidelines. Education in hospital settings is essential to ensuring the academic continuity of student-patients.
