Abstract

We describe completely the dynamics of the three-dimensional Muthuswamy-Chua systems x (center dot) = y , y (center dot) = - x /3 + y /2 - yz (2)/ 2 , z (center dot) = y - alpha z - y z, in the infinity of the Poincare ball for all values of alpha is an element of R. Additionally, we provide a complete description of the dynamics of this differential system when alpha = 0.
