This paper analyzes the new regulation of juvenile violation of sentences, established through Law No. 21,527. After specifying its legal nature, concept and basis, the article offers an interpretation of the meaning and scope of the new regulation. Additionally, the text examines the problem related to the temporary application of said regime, considering the legal vacancy rules provided for in the law and the possibly more favorable nature of the new statute.
