This article investigates the discourses on mental health in visual interventions in public spaces during the Chilean revolt of 2019. From a qualitative approach and based on a multimodal discourse analysis, the expressions of graphic art that in the context of the mobilizations and protests configured the social and cultural dimensions of the unrest as a vector of politicization. It is proposed that the revolt implied a rupture of the neoliberal consensus, transforming the individual and privatized violence of social order into collective resistance that challenged the dominant health and therapeutic grammar, enabling the formation of new subjectivities that emerged from the public expression of discontent.
