Introduction: Mass food production has been avidly criticized for its impact on health, leading to enhance the interest in ecological and environmental aspects of nutrition. The consumption of organic food is increasing and it's been associated with physical activity and healthy life-styles. Objective: Associate the intake of organic foods (OF) with physical activity in adults re-siding in Chile. Methodology: Observational, descriptive, prospective study of a cross-sectional survey type with a random probability sample of 1,152 adults residing in Chile. Results: 74% of the sample consumes organic food (OF) with an average age of 29,64 (±12.16), and average BMI of 25.65 (±4.58), predominantly female (66,4%), urban residence (85,6%), university educa-tion level (46,4%), no partner (78,1%), students (40,3%) or have full-time employment (23,8%). The statistical logistic regression associated physical activity (PA) with OF consump-tion (OR: 0.44, 95% CI: 0.32; 0.59), gender (OR: 0.50, 95% CI: 0.38; 0.66), marital status (OR: 0.36, 95% CI: 0.27; 0.48), work area (OR: 0.93, 95% CI: 0.88; 1.00), family size (OR: 0.93, 95% CI: 0.77; 1.12), and educational level (OR: 0.89, 95% CI: 0.84; 0.96). Conclusion: There is an association between physical activity and the consumption of organic food in adults residing in Chile. Additionally, the study identifies that educational level is positively associated with phys-ical activity, highlighting the importance of education in promoting active and healthy lifestyles.
