Effective project management is highly relevant in the business environment, as it allows for the planning, organization, control, and direction of activities to achieve established objectives. In this context, international standards in project management provide guidelines and best practices recognized worldwide. However, the adoption of agile project management methodologies in software companies has gained importance due to the potential for improved efficiency compared to traditional approaches. This trend is driven by the need to address challenges such as execution delays, resource allocation, and meeting deadlines, which significantly impact profitability. The integration of essential elements of agile methodologies and their hybridizations, such as Scrum and Kanban, offer greater flexibility and adaptability to changes, which contributes to improving management processes and overall efficiency. The objective of this study is to analyze the application of a project management model, adopting a hybrid methodology. This is for the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in the development of services and products, adapting to the complexity and changing nature of modern software projects.
