This research proposes an innovative methodology for managing technological projects by combining OTSM-TRIZ, DSM, CPM, and generative artificial intelligence (GAI). Applied to a case study on a non-invasive method for evaluating hepatic fat and portal venous flow, the methodology breaks down complex problems into manageable sub-problems, assesses their maturity, and optimizes the sequence of activities through DSM and CPM. GAI generates new creative solutions, continuously improving project planning. This comprehensive and systematic approach facilitates risk anticipation and mitigation, enhances efficiency and effectiveness in project management, and promotes innovation in problem-solving. The methodology proves to be a robust and adaptable tool for addressing the complexity of technological projects in dynamic environments.
