This work aims to describe entrepreneurship policies aimed at the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market and entrepreneurship in Colombia. The methodology used is qualitative, based on documentary analysis. Theoretically, it is based on the approaches of Theodoro Lowi. The results reveal that: 1) The Colombian legal framework for the labor inclusion and entrepreneurship of people with disabilities is supported by laws and public policies that combine distributive, redistributive, regulatory and constitutive public policy approaches; 2) Current challenges reflect an urgent need to improve both regulatory compliance and accessibility in work environments; 3) Improving inter-institutional coordination is key to ensuring that strategies achieve their objective of promoting inclusion and reducing inequality in the labor market. In conclusion, the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship policies and labor inclusion strategies is highlighted by improving accessibility, raising awareness, and creating more effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
