This study analyzes the career paths of graduates from the Master's programs of the Miguel de Cervantes University of Chile. A descriptive study, following Yin's methodology (2023), Aallows for in-depth empirical research on a current phenomenon: the career paths of graduates from the Miguel de Cervantes University. This approach also incorporates the real context of their experiences, and was based on a descriptive correlational study. The sample consisted of 345 professionals who graduated from both Professional Master's programs in Education at the Miguel de Cervantes University from the January, March, and June 2021 cohorts. A questionnaire was applied to all graduates (census) to the 345 graduates by email. To analyze the data collected, Excel and SPSS version 19 programs were used. The results are presented using percentage relative frequencies, allowing a comparison of the behavior of the different variables that makeAup the career path.
