This article will try to answer the question of what kind of subjectivity is consti- tuted in the face of the exposure of fake news in order to show the thesis that fake news turns out to be one of the dispositifs that subjectivizes what will be called the subject of suspicion. To do so, we will start by pointing out the ef- fects that fake news has had both locally and globally. Then, we will make a short historical tour to talk about the first fake news. Afterwards, we will talk about the viralization capacity of fake news and the interests behind their pro- duction. Then, we will describe the causes of this social phenomenon, and fi- nally, we will go on to explain how they turn out to be a subjectivizing device of the subject of suspicion. Thus, we will start by briefly describing what is un- derstood by the device, and then we will focus on its product: the subject of suspicion.
