This cross-sectional, delimited, and descriptive research report on the results of a structured questionnaire based on the Likert Scale applied to 23 teachers from the province of Biobio-Chile. The objective of this study is to find out what are the digital skills of the teachers who teach in the visual arts subject assigned to the educational levels from first to sixth grade. The preliminary conclusions obtained, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, point to the limited knowledge and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and allow us to glimpse that the expository class is replaced by the projection of audiovisual material through the use of data show. In addition, it can be estimated that most teachers do not have a specialization in visual arts, nor have they received training in the field of ICT during the health crisis, which substantially modified the learning processes and reoriented the artistic teaching strategies carried out in schools the formal educational environment.
