This study aimed to associate the level of physical activity (NAF) in free time with the quality of life (QoL) related to the health conditions of lawyers. 128 lawyers from Santa Catarina, of both sexes, were included. The collection was carried out through the GPAQ questionnaire, the SF-12 and the short IPAQ. The normality analysis was by means of the Kolmogoroy-Smirnov test, and the inferential analyzes by means of the Mann-Whitney, Wald Chi-square test, and Poisson Regression, both in raw and adjusted models and the level of significance. For all tests it was 5%. The average age was 40,04 years, 116,48 minutes of total physical activity and 8,06 hours of sitting position per day of the week, with 50% being considered very active in terms of NAF. In relation to QoL, the health score was 16,46 points (±2,63), the mental health score was 17,32 points (±4,01), and the total global health score was 33,78 points (±5,78). A statistically significant association was verified only between NAF in free time and the variables of the physical and mental components of health conditions related to QoL.
