The article proposes an outline of the theoretical program of the progressive left of the 21st century based on the reading of contemporary authors who would have the greatest influence on the Ibero -American political leaders of this field. To do this, he examines the historical political scenario after the end of utopias and the revolutionary myth, and then describes the theoretical problems that would give content to what the author calls a << post-neoliberal revolt >>.
