This quantitative study explores the impact of narrative strategies on gender equality perceptions among Physical Education Pedagogy teachers and students at Universidad Bernardo O'Higgins, Chile. A Likert scale survey methodology was employed with a sample of 95 teachers and 38 students, analyzing the data through descriptive and multivariate statistics. The results reveal a predominantly positive attitude towards gender equality and an active commitment by educators to promote it. However, areas of persistent discriminatory perception were identified, highlighting the need to intensify educational strategies that address these discrepancies to ensure a more inclusive and equitable educational environment.
