The exponential growth of electronic commerce in recent years has meant a sustainable advance in what are technologies, imposing trends. This has revealed new patterns of behavior and has brought to the fore the need to reflect on abuse, such as the indiscriminate use of private data (which gave birth to the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and obscure design patterns (coercion through graphic interface elements to condition acts that a person does not want such as guarantees or coercive terms and conditions). That is why it is necessary to raise an ethical theoretical framework that helps to identify these phenomena that seem to be unable to be regulated in terms of State policies. We believe that this lack of regulation is due to lobbies probably coming from the private sector, but in most cases to ignorance around the creation, management and maintenance of the different digital products. Which is why we have recently seen the emergence of issues such as accessibility and ethics in most international conventions and congresses on design and interaction. The following article aims to carry out a review of basic concepts around the ethical use of interfaces. Based on this review and adaptation to the local reality, a small study will be carried out in which the ethical use of interfaces will be studied. Well, we are not only interested in being able to evaluate, but also in knowing people's perception regarding the understanding of ethics on e-commerce platforms.
