The article addresses the vision of Luis Emilio Recabarren on the Social Rights consecrated by the Russian Revolution in its first 5 years of implementation, which opens a new way unprecedented in the history of humanity - of understanding the Development Model to be promoted in peripheral countries like the Chilean, on the part of the communist left in favor of the emancipation of men and women. The figure of Luis Emilio Recabarren is relevant because in addition to being considered the founding father of the Chilean Communist Party, he is one of his first organic intellectuals that will help to configure / guide - through the action of the Party and his parliamentary participation-a new corporate mode. Methodologically, we resort to the interpretation of the writings made by Recabarren and published in the workers' press, after his only trip made to Russia in 1922. From an initial reading we identify the elements and ideas of Recabarren that are related to Social Rights inaugurated by the Bolshevik deeds.
