Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To assess the comparative efficacy and safety of weight-loss drugs, provided in addition to lifestyle modification, for weight management in adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes. To obtain a ranking of pharmacological interventions for weight loss amongst the various available options through a network meta-analysis.
