Higher Education brings social and personal benefits, constituting itself as a mechanism of social mobility. Thus, it is essential to promote equal participation, especially in disadvantaged groups such as those with disabilities. To this end, since 2017 in Chile, adjustments have been made to access the university selection test. This article sought to analyze whether this policy impacted the participation of students with disabilities who take this exam. With this objective, the databases of the Ministry of Education about school enrollment and enrollment in the selection test were used and considered students who participated in the School Integration Program. Logistic regression was performed to calculate if the adjustments constitute a factor that affects the probability that students with disabilities take this evaluation. As a result, it was obtained that the participation rate of this group increased after implementing the adjustments.
