This article examines the relevance of recognizing the right to access environmental information in the process of constructing the contemporary Rule of Law. It analyzes the protection of nature and the consideration of new knowledge paradigms, as elements that have been incorporated into the contents of the Rule of Law. Furthermore, it explores access to information in relation to these components, aiming to promote the notion of an ecological Rule of Law.
