This article presents the experience of spiritual assistance that female evangelical pastoral prison agents carry out in women's prisons in northern Chile, and how this experience becomes an alternative for the construction of a type of charismatic sorority. This last concept is analytically developed as a solidarity system of social transformation with a gender perspective. For this purpose, we approached this reality through case studies on female evangelical pastoral agents in the cities of Arica, Iquique and Antofagasta. As a result of this research, categories such as volunteering, accompaniment, construction of solidarity networks and empowerment are observed, which are manifested and build realities in a type of charismatic sorority.
