In relation to the problems of training managers and leaders, this article presents an analysis of the content discourse of teachers who train future managers and organizational leaders. For this purpose, discourse analysis is used as a methodological technique. The results obtained show content on adhocratic configurations, which is reflected in the description of a process map. The aim is to contribute to the understanding of the conceptual categories that guide the behavior of future managers and organizational leaders. Through the analysis of the verbal data and the identification of conceptual constructs, it is possible to conclude that there are categories present in the training of business managers, in the format of a mental map, which seek to guide behavior according to the existing gaps in Chile, which would be conceptual resources for the professional development of management in the framework of contemporary organizations.
