Mauricio Nilo's master thesis project employs the medium of short documentary filmmaking to critically reflect on the participatory design process of the Maestranza UKAMAU neighborhood. Through interviews and an open narrative, the project delves into the potentials and constraints of participation within a neoliberal context.
