oday, the human brain is not only the object of study of the Medical Sciences but also of other sciences, such as Economics and Law. In the field of Legal Science, efforts have been made to protect the human person against the threats produced by the rapid and growing development of technology, through the creation and delimitation of the so-called "neurorights". In view of the above, the purpose of this paper was to analyze the concept of neurorights, their importance, and their incipient regulation. Likewise, it emphasizes the importance of Chile being a pioneer country in regulating this matter, from a constitutional and legal point of view
