Based on the theories on human capital formation, this study analyzed the relationship between the training processes of the officials of the Bernardo O’Higgins University (UBO) and the deployment of the institutional management model. Indeed, through a quantitative approach, the main objective of this research is to assess whether there is a correlation between the internal training programs of the UBO and the efficient functioning of the institutional management model. For this, a research methodology based on multivariate statistical analysis of data was used.
