This research, conceived from Gulumapu "Mapuche territory", analyzed the human-nature relationship developed in the socio-political context of organized crime against nature, based on Forst's theory of justification and the case study of the Llancalil Hydroelectric Power Plant, projected for the territory of Huife, commune of Pucón, Araucanía region, Chile. The qualitative analysis and documentary review allowed concluding that the human-nature relationship built in the context of transnational socio-environmental terrorism and organized crime against nature, could be "intercultural anticolonial", when the anthropocentric, patriarchal, colonial, capitalist and modern justifications that capture it, are questioned by Mapuche and intercultural justifications, which promote the recognition of the rights of nature and the preventive practices of crime against nature.
