The objective is to present an analysis of the scientific production on happiness in the performance of workers in organizations. This research was carried out in the Web of Science, the data were processed in RStudio and VosViewer. The scientific production on the subject is low, and it was found that it is highly concentrated at the level of countries and continents. Little by little, more and more organizations are concerned about their workers and about providing them with a good working environment that gives them the necessary tools to perform adequately, contributing to the happiness at work of each one and thus obtaining better results at the organizational level. It was found that only in the second half of the 2010s there was a greater global interest in happiness at work and this coincides with greater complexities in the labor market and also in society. More and more authors are becoming interested in the topic of happiness at work, it is essential to analyze it from different perspectives and not only focused on the performance of workers and the effect it has on the results of organizations.
