In this work, the development of a decision support system is presented in the context of a natural disaster situation. Natural disasters are characterized by their unpredictability, which is why the work is oriented to the decisions that must be made at the moment of supplying aid to the victims. An important stage in supplying aid is the transportation of food and / or medicines. In order to deal with this situation, this work proposes a new formulation of the classic vehicle routing problem, which is incorporated into a decision support system.
