The present article pretends to deliver an approximation of the populism, understood like one of the Latin American political traditions that has answered to the identity of the region, relating it directly with the idea of Latin America and his complex problem between heterogeneity and homogeneity in which they relate "problematic concepts" such like history, identity, culture and political.
