Globalization has evolved and changed the way all educational processes develop in society. In the case of education, there is a growing demand for comprehensive training, and this is not only in specific knowledge of an area or profession known as hard skills, but also Soft skills. The present work aims to propose the Soft skills that students should experience and achieve from high school to post-graduate. The method is based on the authors' analysis from their knowledge as teachers of basic secondary and higher education (undergraduate and graduate), who in turn carried out the study of Soft skills based on the available literature. Regarding the originality and value of this work, he is the first to investigate Soft skills at different levels of training. Consequently, education for sustainable development requires not only providing companies with suitable personnel with curricula based on hard skills and include comprehensive training with Soft skills. The student must be aware that cultivating and strengthening these skills Will make them not only a better professional but also a better person, in favor of their quality of life and emotional intelligence.
