The Chilean public policy establishes that the processes of job intermediation for People with Disabilities (PwD) are carried out by the Municipal Offices of Labor Intermediation (OMIL). Currently, these processes are carried out using systems that only allow the registration of PwD. Therefore, these systems are not adapted for PwD and, their functionalities do not allow agile management of these processes. This paper presents an experience report about the Smart- Work Inclusive System (SWIS), a prototype proposal to assist the PwD job placement process. The system includes three main functional modules: (1) Manage OMIL users, (2) Manage job offers, and (3) Manage the recommendation of PwD in job offers. The prototype has been evaluated, carrying out a case study within the framework of the FONDEF ID1910360 project with three associated entities. Preliminary results show high efficiency and satisfaction of the end-user when it is used to support the job intermediation process.
