Last few years, a new technology has provided immense possibilities in the textile industry, resulting in inventive new application technique “nanotechnology, " which can deliver extraordinary stability for fabrics. The design, synthesis, and application of textile nanomaterials have been one of the most active and important research areas in current years. In the view of customer demand for durable and functional apparel development sustainably has produced a chance for nanomaterials to be incorporated into textile substrates. Textile material with nanotechnology has different properties such as water repellency, stain repellency, antibacterial, UV protection, flame retardation, and improvement in dye ability, etc. The unique and new properties of textile nanomaterials have been paying attention to not only researchers and scientists but also business man, due to their enormous economic potential and also predictable to increase the demanding scope in the future. This chapter will deal with the impact of nanotechnology in textile materials as well as applications in different fields.
