The purpose of the document is to analyze the consequences that arise from the point of view of the actions when the right of consumption is regulated by a special law and external to the Civil Codes. Although different legislations were viewed, the article focuses mainly on Chilean Law. From the analysis of current law, specialized literature and judicial pronouncements, it was concluded that the most favorable norm for consumer interests should prevail.
