The project for the Dignity Memorial Mausoleum seeks to give a dignified burial to people who die on the streets in Santiago, Chile. The intervention takes place in the restrictive conditions that imply a limited space available in the Recoleta General Cemetery and a restricted budget. The proposal delicately and intelligently rests on an existing structure to which it superimposes a light covering structure.
