This research article aims to show in general way the regulation of moral damage in consumer law in Spain. It's develop some notions that concern to its concept and limits. From these two aspects, the doctrine and case law are evaluated in order to present what is the state of affairs in this country. On this basis, some shortcomings are identified and improvements are proposed for this legal system.
