The problem of access to housing in Chile is not a new phenomenon. Although the implementation of the housing subsidy system by the State, under a neoliberal model, managed to reduce the housing deficit, these figures have been reversed and one of its effects has been the increase in land seizures and encampments. An example of this is the city of Vina del Mar, which has the two largest camps in the country and with more families in these spaces. From the work in collaboration with the leaders of the Felipe Camiroaga camp, an analysis of the articulation process is carried out, as well as the practices and trajectory of its inhabitants in relation to the Chilean neoliberal housing policy and its idea-slogan. of the "dream of own house". From the above, the results emerge, expressed in strategies of its inhabitants to resist the neoliberal demand of the individual, through collective work at times in the history of the camp.
