The purpose of this article is to analyze the discourses generated by sectors of the Radical Party of Chile, in the context of the 1952 presidential election, regarding possible Peronist interference in favor of Carlos Ibáñez del Campo. According to the Radicals, there was a process of articulation that strengthened ties between the Justicialist leader and the Chilean caudillo. In this way, the aim is to analyze how the radicals related the emergence of Ibañez del Campo with Peronist foreign policy. To this end, we study the complaints of interference made in the press and in the National Congress.
