Our study focuses on Mapuzugun educational materials’ production-analyzed from teachers/educators’ experience in formal and non-formal contexts. We applied semi-structured interviews to ten educators, most of Mapuche heritage, following the practice of nütram (Mapuche verbal art). Through a multiple-case study and qualitative analysis, we identified aspects of material production and design: origin and way of production, sources and sociocultural contents, types of materials, elaboration criteria, and the educator's perspective. Results revealed the extended character of the didactic materials, where everything surrounding the educational context is considered as such. As a central theme, territory recurrence poses the challenge of translating these resources didactically and extending material production to students as co-producers. Finally, although the analysis does not have a comparative purpose between the diverse contexts, we reported specificities and common aspects.
