Craniosynostosis is a congenital disorder whose surgical management includes extensive surgeries with high rates of bleeding and transfusión. Anesthetic management is a challege both due to the characteristcs of the patients and due to complications secondary to surgery. Objetive: To describe the anesthetic management and the behavior of its variables in patients undergoing craniosynostosis remodeling at the Hospital Clínico Regional Concepción (HCRC), Chile. Conclusions: Blood transfusión in these patients is frequent.
